The BBC has decided to start making some of their television shows available online as they are being shown as well as for two weeks after the original air time.
This is a major step in the right direction. With the integration of Internet capabilities into everything nowadays, it only makes sense that people will be less and less inclined to sit in their livingrooms and watch television. With further steps like BBC’s, the future may not be too far off when we can all watch our favorite shows from any Internet capable device. Bye-Bye cable, hello IPTV!
