In what can only be explained as the strange getting stranger, the FDA approved a drug by Pfizer that is aimed at treating canine obesity.
In it’s defense, a fat dog can have a myriad of health problems just like a fat human can. But you have to wonder if we shouldn’t be treating a different cause. Is it because the dog is lazy that it is fat? Not likely. More likely that it’s human is lazy or just doesn’t have the time. I’m positive that’s why my dog is fat. Well, a combination of the two anyways.
But once again, we decide to try and find the miracle drug to fix the problem and avoid the real problem. Cause we can’t be bothered to walk our dogs.
