The patent that nintendo received was applied for 5 years ago. It was approved early this week or late last week.

I’ll be the first to admit that I was wrong. I’ll admit that DOS didn’t do it first. Perhaps a middle ground can be found in saying that the first versions of MS were a little ‘borrowed’ from many different places including, I think, DOS.

DOS didn’t do it first. MS Copied pioneers before them in unix and other OS’s
