		<description>I'm on the song title list.  If I had known that several other people would also name their blog after the Cher song "If I could turn back time" I would have chosen something a bit more unusual!  I did start my article with a funny joke about Cher so it was kind of important to my whole speel.  I think "Don’t Let your Boss see your Posting Times" is my favourite.</description>

		<description>In all fairness to Damien, the whole "One step forward, Two steps back" could be said to be a reference to just about any genre, not just songs.  The phrase has almost reached that iconic place where band-aids are.  Every one calls them band-aids instead of fabric bandages.  

There is at least one country song with those lyrics though.  I just can't seem to remember which one.</description>
