Yeah I had totally forgotten about that. I wonder why they stopped running it? Perhaps people were getting sick of it, or maybe they have plans to revive it every couple of years. Only time will tell.

I don’t know if it’s possible to pinpoint the earliest instance of gnome-napping, but the first reported case of a ‘roaming gnome’ took place in the mid-1980s
