		<description>I don't watch video blogs. Despite working from home there are still two of us in the room. Reading doesn't disturb. Plus you can't print the post off if you wanted to read it away from the computer.

As for looks, maybe you'll start to get good looking people offering their services to make the videos. You supply the content and they read it on video!</description>

One of the reasons that I can't get behind video is because I tend to do some of my reading in places that I don't have access to sound, or don't want sound.  Another reason is that my connection at home takes forever to stream a video.  Even the simplest ones.  I think you ostracize a large number of people with slow speed internet if you do any great number of videos.</description>

		<description>I'm not sure about this new wave.  I definitely see the power of video, and how it is revolutionizing the way we interact (from news to birthday greetings, etc).  However, I'd be hesitant to substitute video for text, simply because of this one reason: I can't watch video while I'm in class :)

Seriously though, the only times I read blogs are when I'm in areas where I can't listen to music, or watch video.  Libraries, quiet work lunch rooms, etc.</description>
