A federal judge banned Kevin Trudeau from appearing in any infomercial in which he has an interest for 3 years and fined him $5,000,000 for misleading statements in his recent book, “Weight Loss cures ‘they’ don’t want you to know about.”

This is just another in a long string of judgments against Kevin Trudeau.  I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before he gets sued and fined for his statements on his “Debt Cures” book.  And it’s not that the statements are really false, but the manner in which he portrays them in his infomercials could be extremely misleading.  That combined with his less than savory business practices really should serve as a warning to people, but doesn’t.

As long as there are people looking for a quick fix, there will be a Kevin Trudeau or someone like him willing and ready to step in and sell that “quick fix” to them.  Some people just never learn.
